Hi Gurus
I have this behavior, in ECC I have plants CM01, CM11, CM12, CM20 I send them to SCM-APO thru CIF. The plants are sent succesfully to APO but they are created with the PL prefix: PLCM01, PLCM11, PLCM12, PLCM20.
How can I avoid this?
Thanks in advance

Hi Italo,
Check to see if any user exit has been implemented.
Actually if several R/3 systems connected to SCM system, the userexit helps differentiate between business system groups. Check to see if this is applicable in your landscape. If so its better to keep the existing logic.
Hope this helps.

Their is a standard BAdI available to create locations in APO with prefix, i.e. plants will have PL, customers will have CU, vendors will have SU...
Check if BAdI implementation APOCF001_TYPEDIF is active ( via SE19) in APO. If it is, then deactivate it.
The note for this is 458914.
Your technical team may have defined their own implementation referring to this note.. if so, you can check what implementations have been defined for BAdI SMOD_APOCF001.
Thanks!
Arnab
