Factory Calender

Hi,

I created Factory calender using Tcode SCAL. that calender is to stop all loads on saturday.

and i used that calender in data loads. but still loads are running on saturday.

Can anybody can help me to stop all loads on every saturday.

While schduling in the scheduler.

You need to click on Restrcitions.

In the pop up, tick donot load on holidays (something like this) by choosing your factory calendar.

Hi I clicked on restriction. and selection executed the job always.

but there is another option .do not execute the job on sundays and holidays.

but i want it on saturday.

how can i do this?

It depends on how you defined your calendar.

In your case I am assuming the calendar has only saturdays as working days and all other days as holidays.

So if you do the restriction, "donot execute job on hoidays and sundays" it has to execute only on saturday as your calendar has only saturday as working day.

You donot want schedule to run on saturday so,

In the calendar have only saturdays as holiday and all other days as working days.

So if you do the restriction, "donot execute job on holidays and sundays" it won't execute on saturday and sunday and any other holidays..

I don't think so you can achieve it using factory calendar.

But to keep it simple I would suggest to use a event and make it trigger everyday except saturday.
