GR (MIGO) number range

Hi All,

How can we define GRN number range??

Is this year specific, if yes, then please explain??

Hi,

Go to OMBT, click on Group in change mode (i.e GR or GI etc), select the material doucment which you want. Then click Shift + F5, then select the line which shows year as 9999, then click F6. Now specify the year & give the number range interval as per your need.

Save & then transport the number range to your production system.

hi,

Is your answer for the accounting document or material document....

Because FBN1 is for the accounting document...

But for the material document its not possible to have any number range on cocode basis...

Please check it once..

Dear Rahul,

yes I am talking about material document number range,

ok, there is not problem for the company wise, i am just wanted it to financial year wise.

from where we can configure number range.
