Route & pricing procedure not coming in the shipment

Hi gurus,

i am trying to create shipment from delivery but route & pricing procedure is not automatically coming .

plz help

Vishal,

A. Routes

Carryout Configuration in IMG --> LE --> Transportations --> Basic Transport Functions --> Routes

a. Define routes

b. Route Determination

c. Route Schedule determination (shipping point, order or Delivery document type based on scenario)

If you are maintaining the data exactly then if you have completed Schedule determination based on sales document type in order then Route will appear automatically

B. Shippment Pricing Procedure

Carryout Configuration in IMG --> LE --> Transportations --> Shippment Costs --> Pricing --> Pricing Control

Carryout your condition Technique, Pricing procedure creation "SDFC00" and "Define pricing procedure determination for shipment costs"

Check these configurations if you have completed are proceed accordingly

Hi,

Make sure to assign a copy routine of either "2 ( Copies the Route)" or "7 ( Copies the Carrier and Route) " in your shipment type.

also make sure that all the deliveries which are assigned in the shipment should have identical carrier and route. then only the system copies the route and carrier.

if they are not identical, then the route is not copied.

Click on Planning stage and save the document. you should see the route information in the shipment.

Hi Vishal,

Did you checked in the sales order level whether route determind or not. You just go to VT01n and give your leg type and the shipment type.

Noe select the deliveris button then in the pop up screen give your delivery no and execute.

after selecting your delivery for that shipmentclick on planning tab under item level( Deadlines) then you will get a pop up asking for your destination place of your PL or DL. once you give that data it fill the columns Vendor and route in the header.

If still not coming then check your config.
