Batch, Characterstics

I am facing a problem in batch ,,, where in table MCHA . system is not generating INTERNAL OBJECT Number. As i have Z batch characterstics report which runs on the basis of this number which is generated by the system. Here i am getting the value as zero. plz guide as how to rectify this issue.

solved with the help of ABAPER, as for every characterstic there , system generated on number in the background, now the report is corrected on the same logic
