GOA - Release authorized purchasing org

Hi,

I'm curently working in SRM 5 integrated with multiple ECC servers.

When testing the distribution of GOAs to the ECC boxes, in the distribution section of the GOA transaction, when I drop down to select the release authorized purchasing org, only 3 of the 8 purchasing orgs configurred in the org structure are showing.

I compared attributes and extended attributes between the ones that showed and those that didn't but there did not seem to be any missing values.

Can anyone point me to what I should look for?

Hello

The standard way of working : the purchaser who creating

the GOA, should have a central purchaser role (strategic purchaser) and

position, so he/she should be able to purchase for all the organizations

in the company.

please check the customizing as well:

SPRO -> Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server ->

Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Activate grouping logic for

locations in GOA

there you will find description.

Dont forget to generate BP for purchasing orgs...
