Hi,
While updating a service call i am getting the following error.
"Item Information does not match the istalled base"
I am not able to update the service call.
Anyone can help me to know what is the cause.

Hello Satish,
If you want to link a service call to an equipement (itemCode + (internalSN OR manufSN), this equipement needs to be created in the customer equipement card (OINS)
if you do so, the customer code has to be the same too.
Try to create your service call in the application, and I think you'll see where is the problem
