personnel deletion

I hav deleted an employee by using "PO13" and then "PU00" after doing dis the employee has been deleted from the Organization structure and its position also got deleted but wen i go to PA30 then its showing its details maintained. Also wen i run "PAR2" for employee list there also it is showing him. what to do?

did u used PU00

if u delete it here it will ask for deleteion of the data from various infotypes once u delete u shd not get his personnle number also

make sure u have delete the right person

Error is :

The specified type "p9007" is no valid data type.

The current ABAP program "SAPFP50P" had to be terminated because it has come across a statment that unfortunately cannot be executed.

i was getting runtime error previously when i was deleting a pernr because a custom infotype was not generated properly in PM01 Tcode.. is that the same prob u r facing?

Go to PA30 and delete 9007 record for this person and then use PU00 or RPUDELPN

Archana wen m deleting the infotype 9007 from PA30 den again m getting a run time error i.e "Dialog module "RP_9007" not found.

Wat to do in PM01?

As rightly said by Archana certain Objects has not been Activated while Creating the Infotype

PM01 is the tcode used to create a new infotype or editing the exiting infotype

go to PM01 tcode

give the Infotype 9007 and activate the Objects once again

Better to take the help of ur ABAPER once

Hi Nikki,

PU00 deletes the ITs, but the PERNR still remains in the system.

If you want to complete delete all records and PERNR from the system, use report RPUDELPN.

Hi Nikki

If the employee is still visible in pa30 and want to delete that employee, give employee number in pa30 and go to utilities in tool bar>select the delete personnel no>you will get all the infotypes that are maintained for that employee select all ( F7 ) click delete icon ( shift+F2 ).

It will solve your problem.

this report "RPUDEL20" is for " delete payroll result" .wat if there is no payroll result for tht employee.

PU00 should solve your problem. Check whether you have all the necessary authorizations.
