Assign only Journal Parking Authroization to users

Hi.. Gurus,

I want to create one profile for our FI end users.

Only journal parking authorization to be available others should be lock.

How can i achieve this?

Hi,

Auth objects will not come handy in this situation.

This has to be achieved using Standard Variants.

I have published an article in SDN on how to achive this - Disabling of Post button & from menu.

This has been successfully implemented in our project.

In the user profile, under Authorizations assign only 03-Display and 77-Pre-enter as Activity allowed against . This would deactivate 'Post' option.

Hi.. Sridevi,

when i evaluate your steps one popup appears like this "Object can only be created in SAP package"

is this cause any serious issues or just i click ok..

And in SAP Student suggestion Both the options park and post also locked not able to park

Hello,

Create a single role by using PFCG

In the menu add FV50 - For Journal Parking.

Fill the Organization Values which are relevant.

Execute the profile.

Assign the relevant users to this role.
