Sales from safetystock

Hi all,

My client is Running MRP. Here My first doubt is, can we set safety stock for FG materials?

If so, Available stock falls below safety stock limit, i am not able to put sale order?

Ex: Avaialble stock in loc is 200 and my safety stock limit is 250.In this scenario i am not able to do creae order.

At the same time, if i brought saafety stock limit into 150, then i can able to do order for this 50 qty.

I want to do for the entire qty, What is the way to resolve this.

Pl help me out.

Hi,

In the Av. check scope OPJJ for checking rule A (if am right for sales order this is the rule which is picked up) tick Include safety stock. To simulate, when you create a SO & do a AV check, see which rule is picked, then modify the same rule.

Check & revert if this meets your need.

Its working now. We have to change for both sales and delivery in OPJJ.
