Agreement with zero pricing

Hi,

I want to create contract with zero value so what customization i need to do?

Akshay,

1. In item Category WKN Remove "X" From Pricing Field.

2. Maintain seperate Document Type "Z" Document Type and "Z" Item Category

3. Seperate Picing procedure with "Z" Prefixed (WK0001)

4. Check the Document pricing procedure where "V" is for Contracts and "Y" is for Value Contracts

5. Maintain Contract Data - Contract profiles, Validity Period Categories, Define Rules for determining the dates.

For your item category in VOV7 Pricing maintain as "No Pricing".

Hello Friend,

Then you have to create a separate Z document Type Z Item Category and also see to it that it determines automatically only Z Item Cateogry. In the Z Item Category maintain Pricing as "No Price" and in Transaction Flow Incompletion procedure as 28 "Value Item". Hope it helps.
