output type not showing at runtime

i have 2 output types defined in nace /nact.

zpr1.

zpr2.

now i have create another i.e zpr3.

all parameters same as zpr2 .but when i send my document to print.it shows only two types zpr1 zpr2, not showing zpr3? why??

how can i activate or genrate it??

Hi,

For example if you consider TCODE VF02 - Billing

After giving document number Choose GOTO -> Header --> Output.

Here assign the new output type.

Save and try again

Try this for the transaction you are using

thanks dear. i try it.but it shows only two zpr1 and zpr2,

when i press F4 . it says and shows only allowed output types.how can i allow my type

What is the TCODE you are using for the document ? Which module is it ?

Hi,

goto v/30. andcheck whether ur output type is there or not.

if no then create ur output type here andthen save it.

or else.

goto vv31 and create ur outputtype here. hadu done this before?
