Hi,
My client having one requirement,
He is taking excise invoice output with 5 copies & number of that cpoies are 12,13,14,15,16
out of this 12th copy is parent copy and remaining are chilld copies difference between paretnt & child are
in parent copy excise values are mentioned & in child copies zero values are mentioned
he is doing this thing because when he is despatching a unit he sends it in five diffent trucks so
each trucks carry one copy 13, 14 15 16 resp.
So my question is how to map this in SAP
Beacause when we create excise invoice in J1IIN with resp to Billing doc. system will give me 12 th (means parent copy) copy
How to take other copies?
regards,
Akshay
Hi,
At the time of taking Print you can give N number of prints, But for your requirement ABAPer need to change the program according your requirement.
He can write the logic saying that first print(Parent copy) should print value others should not.
Kindly co ordinate with your ABAPer.
Hope it helps u

Hi,
As per Excise department there is certain colour defined to take printout to identified relevant work these all five printout to be taken in different colour paper.
As per Excise Rule for single invoice can not have different number range so for identifying for each parties invoice we use colour e.g some specific colour for transporter.
As per ABAP programing we can set that at the time of printout five copies to be print

Dear Friend,
The outputs (Print-outs) in SAP are generated by Smartforms or SAP Scripts.
Both the above are designed & developed by ABAPers. They also include Conditional program lines in the printing programs.
Thus please ask your ABAPer to develop a logic to print multiple copies of your Excise Invoice with required values.
Your ABAPer can easily fulfill the requirement
Also he can get sequential (continous) numbers also...
Hope this helps...
