Order Blocked but Uer not able to release it

Dear all,

A user is not able to release order as the message says no authorization for doucument value class and document line not active.

Please contact your system administrator for the proper authorization.

Authorization object 'V_VBUK_FRE'

the order is showing but the check is greyed out and cannot be released.

When i enter SU53 on the screen the message says:

All authorization checks have so far been successful.

Hi,

The error clearly states that u need to get in touch with your system administrator, posting on SDN will not serve your purpose. Instead, get in touch with your BASIS Consultant.

Hi,

Check through the T-Code PFCG then go to users assign Role and find your Object 'V_VBUK_FRE'

if it is there then check the all authorization, if it is not there then u have to manually add it there

Hope it will solve ur problem

They have checked. They say that the user has been given full authorization to release orders for the sales org. Even then the user is not being able to release it.

Hi,

just take a screen shot of SU53 after this authorization error comes in user login, and forward that screen shot to ur BASIS guy, than only he will b able to check which authorization is missing.
