Updation of Infotype 0672 ( FMLA event )

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out a way to update the FMLA event infotype (PA0672) for a conversion. I couldn't find any BAPIs or Direct input programs for this. Also there is no

dialog module maintained for the same.

Is there any way to do this ?

Hi,

Each FMLA Event record holds the data of the FMLA rules for a given FMLA Request which is always internally updated by the Workbench. Hence FMLA Event Infotype (IT0672) can only be modified through FMLA Workbench(Transaction - PTFMLA) and it can not be modified by any other means(PA30, BAPI..).

Try to do a call transacton on PTFMLA transaction. It should work.

Hi,

Try if you can use the function module HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION. However, for high volume loads as this function module would then be unsuitable.

or use the FMLA Workbench with the following IMG Path

Payroll USA --> Absences --> Family and Medical Leave --> FMLA Workbench.

thanks for the info.

But in our present scenario, we are trying to avoid

HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION. I'm not sure how we use the IMG path to perform the conversion. can you explain?
