Can anyone pls send me <b>IC webclient</b> cookbook for <b>CRM 5.0</b>. I have CRM4.0. And Any <b>CTI</b> documentation that would be really nice.

On <a href="http://service.sap.com/instguides">SAP Service Marketplace</a>, under <i>mySAP Business Suite Solutions --> mySAP CRM --> mySAP CRM 2005 --> CRM Core and Standalone Components</i>, you will find the cookbook.
Also take note of the guide on ERMS. This will probably part of your IC WebClient project.

this documentation should be avaliable at <a href="http://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000647102&">mySAP CRM 2005</a> but I havn't found it. I think this is the time where OSS should help.
