Hi,
We are facing this issue on one of our customer installation. When we print Customer statement for multiple customers, it does not print "BP reference no." however if you run the statement one customer at a time it prints the "BP reference no". They are using SAP 2007A PL 42.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.

PL 46 fixes this issue.

We are performing an upgrade from PL42 to PL46 over this coming weekend, if you like I will let you know if this issue is then corrected!

This is a known issue in PL42, I beleive this has been fixed in PL46.

Hi
Have you checked whether the datbase field is included in PLD(Print layout designer )
If not add a database field and select field from tables in PLD ,
You cannot see all the field that is shown in screen, that's why you need to customise it
