Invoice output in XML instead of PCL?

We currently produce our invoices in SD from the standard SD invoice program, and then issue the invoices using SAPScript. The output spool that is generated is issued in PCL format.

We want to have the output as XML as we use a third party solution to add on things such as a company logo, as it is more user friendly.

Does anyone know how to change the output to XML?

As our output is already configured in SAPScript, do we have to convert each form individually to Smartforms then before we can proceed with having the file output as XML?
