Saving attachments using Outlook Integration

I have recently installed the outlook integration add-on for 2005 PL50. The add-on connects successfully and the default templates are created. I open microsoft word and go to add-ons. I log on to SAP Business One add-on via microsoft word and then click 'save word document as activity'. I get an error message saying 'Cannot save activities with attachments; attachments folder is not defined or has been removed'. I have specified an attachment path in system initialisation -> general settings -> path. I have the server installer installed and I have the latest outlook integration version. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing. Why is it not letting me do this? Am I missing something?

Dear Kate,

Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

1. In SAP Business One

Administration -> system initialization -> general settings -> path, define the path in Microsoft Word Template Folder as C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One \WordDocs\English.

2. Make sure that you have full Authorization on the folder.

Now you would be able to same word document.
