Problems in auto-reaction method (CEN Monitoring)

Hello,

I have configured central monitoring in my Solution Manager 70.

My intention is configure central auto-reaction method in all satellite systems. The method is a Z of CCMS_On_Alert_Email. I assigns this method in RZ21 for these systems, and the dispatcher job is activated without errors.

I can see the method in the satellite systems but it doesn´t work, doesn´t create the mail in 000 client of CEN system. When I try to start method manually I get the error: "Cannot determine data for method Z_CCMS_OnAlert_Email", with diagnosis: "The system is unable to determine data for the method that is specified. This is caused by an internal error".

I think is necesary any special configuration in satellite system, but don´t find what. The job which activate background dispatching is active.

Any help??

Hi,

Can you please check the log form transaction RZ20 and navigate to -> CCMS Selfmonitoring -<Sysid>

-> MoniInfra_.....-> DataSupplier -> Log.
