as far as i know https://service.sap.com/instguides contains the documents which are related to installation and upgrades, but not abt the basis articles

@ambarish there is no such place which contains all the BASIS articles.

you have to drill out for the information in online from the different sites.

Everybody says that there are lots of materials on service.sap.com .But when i search i don get any.The content visible to sap employees is not the same as we see.I have a oss id but i don get any material in servicemarket place.
