How to link sales order and billing plan?

Hi,

Based on a sales order how can I know the billing plan? I tried to search for some posts, but could not find one with one exact answer regarding this.

Hi

1.In VOV8 the billing plan type has to be maintained in the billing tab for your order type or t code OVBP

2.In VOV7 the billing relevance should be marked as I and billing plan type also has to be maintained for your item category or t code OVBK

The steps mentioned in 1 and 2 comes here also which will get automatically updated if you do it VOV7 and VOV8 and vice versa

Hi,

In "OVBP" T.code,you can find the billing plan assigned to a sales order.

The path is:

SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Billing>Billing Plan>Assign the billing plan type to the sales order.

In two ways we can assign this billing plan to order.

One is the above mentioned one.

Another one is to assign the billing plan type to the item category using the T.Code "OVBR".
