Creating New Subject.

Hi Folks!!!

We are in the process of adding a new subject like(Development, Service request) in the support message. How can we create the new subject there.

I could not find any notes, If any one has any link or note please suggest.

Hi Vamsi,

You need to create new subject profile and add it to your transaction type.

Hi,

You can do it SPRO>Solution manager--- > ---> Define code group profile.
