Can some one pls explain the differences between SD General and SD Billing.

When we talk about SD General means we are talking about
Organizational structure
sales document types
shipping point/loading group/plant/
delivery document types
billing document types
warehouse management
backward forward scheduling
availability check
Basic functions like
free goods
master data
price
transfer of req
etc comes in sales and distribution
And in SD Billing you come across
pricing procedure
condtion type
condition records
access sequence
free goods inclusive exclusive
rebate
installment payment
contract
down payment
interface with FI
Pricing conditions
Table/fields etc
business area
controlling area
company code
cross company code
etc
These are the salient features of SD General and SD billing and i have just given you important points for the purpose of a mind map. because it is diffficult to type a lot for the same

But if you are asking the difference between SD billing & Normal SD then , Normal SD is the Normal flow in the SD ie., Sales order ->Delivery ->Billing and SD Billing will happen with ref to Delivery.
