EP 70 backup and system copy

Dears

I would like to clarify some issues about EP :

1) how to backup an EP 70 installation

It's enough to backupo the database or there is something on the filesystem to save ?

2) how to perform a DB copy with EP 70.

It's possible to use the Backup/Restore or it's mandatory to use the export/import method ?

Suppose you have to build an oracle standby database for an Ep 70.

It means that it's necessary to copy on the stanby instance not only the Offline Redo logs to keep aligned the DB but also the filesystem /usr/sap/SID/JCxx/ ?
