Upload new organizational units to Organization Structure

Hi,

Is there a way to upload new organizational units (e.g. purchasing groups) to the organization structure in SRM from a file??

HI

Here you need to create a Purchasing Grup in SRM. No replication concept for this because we have Purch Org and Purch Grp assignment in SRM but it is not in ECC.

Go to PPOMA_BBP create the same group under Pur Org while create you need to give the address details very care fully.

Hi,

There is no functionality for uploading the Pur.groups.

The only way is to create the purchase groups under respective purcahse org.

One important note here is, after creating the pur.group, its manadatioy to add position ID of the concerned person, during the assignment stage.Only then he will become the active pur group.
