Cancellation of credit memo

Hi,

Whether Cancellation of Credit Memo Document(S2) will generate Accounting Document???

Yes if you cancel G2 Credit Memo document, S2 cancellation document will generate which is an Accounting document.

Where can i see Accounting Entries of S2 ?

From document flow itself, you can see the accounting entries. For that, go to VF02, input the billing document and check for document flow. There you can see cancellation document also. Place your mouse on that document reference and click on "Accounting document".

Hi Amol

When you cancel the credit memo document then accounting document will generate . But make sure that in G2 billing document type, S1 billing document type is assigned in the cancellation doc type feild .

After cancellation , using VF11 when an billing document gets generated go to VF02 and check the document flow then you can see the cancellation accounting data
