Hi,
We need to disable user level personalization.
It means user goes to page and right click on the page and can hide different fields.
We want to disable this.

You need to have Self Service Administrator role in the portal . After having that Go to Content admin Role go to ivew , preview it --> on any view UI element ctrl + right click (mouse) and you will see the personalisation window, in that personalisation window at the bottom you will find the option to disable personalisation for end user. Hope this answered your question.

Login with admin user , go to content admin and portal content. Open the your application iview, ctrl right click, window will open and in bottom click disable end users personalization.
