WAnt to Close PO Manually

In PO Bal qty is there But i want to close that PO by manually.

Hi,

Go to ME22N,

Now at ITEM level, Go to delivery TAB,

there is Deli. Complete Check box, you Check this one.

But remember for all ITEM you have to DO manually.

Hi,

Yes,you can do GRN after ticking Deli compl indicator.

To avoid that,delete the line item if GRN not done before or if partial GRN done,amend the GRN qty and save.

Hi,

u can close PO manully by going to ME22N t-code and there in Delivery tab(Item), just check the delivery completed indiactor..

By doing that, this PO will become closed PO.

Change the PO qty to received qty and save the PO.

Hi,

You can manually put a tick in the check box of Delivery completion indicator in the Delivery Tab of Item details in ME23N.

This will close the Balance Qty of PO.

Also will reduce the commitment to zero.

Hi yogesh,

In ME22n transaction , open the PO and in item detail Delivery tab.... tick the del completion indicattor...
