Dear All,

We have installed Content server 640 on HP-UX. After the installation and configuration of the content server through CSADMIN, while uploading documents into content server we are facing the following error.

u201CError while checking in and storing DOCu201D -> While uploading documents

An Error in HTTP Access: IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1 _> in slg1

An error occurred when calling module SCMS_DOC_CREATE_FILES

Please let us know if you have any solution and any configuration guides.

Regards,

Phani.

hi

check whether you have Read/Write/Full access to the content server.

also check the RFC connections.

Hi,

have you send the certificate to the content server?

Hi,

I have given full authorization and also RFC is working fine. And the certificate is also sent to the Content server through CSADMIN.

It gives the detailed error as "Error@ Connection to http://192.1.1.37:1090/sapcs?create&pVersion=0046&: Document does not contain any data"

"An error occurred when calling module SCMS_DOC_CREATE_FILES"

Any idea on this??

Phani.

Hi Phani,

We are facing the exact same issue after intstalling the Content Server and configuring it using CSADMIN.

Did you solve this issue?

If so what was the solution for this issue?

Regards,

Johan

Dear Phani.

Check the IIS Configuration for Content server. Ask your basis team to check.

Hi Mangesh,

Could you be a little more specific?

By the way we are using HP-UX and the config file is "/opt/hpws/apache/conf/httpd.conf"

Thanks in advance.

MaxDB version: 7.6.04.16

HP-UX 1131

Apacha

ECC6,0 EhP4 unicode with kernel 7.01 patchlevel 44

Does anyone with this issue have the same config?

Are you using Apache or IIS6.0?
