Po Not sent to Supplier

Hi,

User has created a shopping cart which got approved,However purchase order has not been received by supplier have checked BBP_PD for the shopping cart and found the below warning

W BBP_PD 584 Preferred delivery date cannot be kept;

Earliest date: 01.04.2009

Hi,

its warning message .. i dont think it could be problem..

Check for the SC any follow on document (PO) created or not ??

BBP_PD item details check the field Follow-On Object Item in Backend System.

also check in RZ20 --> SAP B2B Procurement - Monitors --> shopping cart and also check for purchase order any error message..

Hi Rakesh,

1. Go to SPRO->SRM->SRM-Server->cross application basic settings->message control->influence message control.

2. Select shopping cart (BUS2121), double click on message control on the left hand side

3 is any message class BBP_PD, number 584 and Type is w?

I think generally it could be an error message but you might turned into W from E.

What is the status of SC in Check status?

Did PO created for this? confirm via follow on document tab too?

Hi

If it is the extended classic Please check in PO output system log item .and then come to the SOST in SRM then find as per the log out time. If you are getting the PO here then in green then PO send to the vendor other wise check the vendor mail address.
