DB instance dissapeared in SAP MMC.

Hi,

Iam facing a problem in SAP MMC.

Today when i started the server, I am not able to see the Database instance in the server tree heirarchy, and the central instance is not starting up.

Wat could be the reason for this problem?

Please suggest.

What is the error you are getting can you paste the logs like dev* btw what is the OS/Hardware/DBversion you are using?

Hai,

Check the logs under /usr/sap/<sid>/<Instance>/work, here you will see all the dev* log files.

Please check them for any error also post the dev_disp,dev-ms and dev_w0 files here.

You can find the logs in

<Drive>usrsap<SID>DVEBMG<Instancenumber>work

check for dev_ms,dev_disp just paste the logs here btw was is the SAP version installed on your system
