How to maintain Software Licences, Here we have plenty of softwares and AMC's for Softwares

how to maintain these process in SAP.

Hi,

Could you use DMS functionality?? Check it.

For use of AMC, then you have to create licences as material....or you want to use PM functionality convert to equipment with suitable category(create your own suitable one) and use class/characterisitics..etc..Once done use AMC process by creating PR's, PO's etc..See other threads for this...lots of process available in these...

I'm assuming you want to add them to the equipment masters???
