problem in mail configuration

Hi,

i installed the IIS And also i configured mail in sap using scout tcode.And when i updated applicant details(mobile number and email id) and saved. Then i checking the outbox in business workplace and its showing the message what i modified and saved.But i not receiving the mail from sap and also iam not receiving any message to my cellphone from sap server.please help me sove this problem as soon as possible.

Hi,

thanks i followed the steps in the link that u attached.but the mail not gone to the destination. the problem was monitered .the problem is in antivirus that blocking the mail.i disabled that .now its working fine.
