How Super user is different from other users?

what are his responsibilites?

Ramesh,

Usually Super user would be above End user(s)...He 'd be of managerial cadare and shall access to important Reports.

Responsibilities can be:

1 Execution of important Reports

2.Execution of month end/ year end activities

3. Approval of Workflows

4 Authorization of all SAP codes contrary to access to few etc

What is the role of super user during 4 th phase?Can i test firefighter access at IDES

Hi Ramesh,

A super user may be assigned the role of :

1st level of support

Basic config after go live. (new payment terms, new house bank etc)

One point contact for end users.
