I have broadcast settings that I've been using for months now, but starting a week or two ago, the users started having issues with the settings. There are a number of key figures with a "0.00" decimal place display setting. When the reports are run manually, the 0 value fields show $0.00, as expected. When the report is broadcast, the field shows "$0.00000000" instead. Another column is configured to show "0.000" decimal places and is instead showing "0.00000000" after being broadcast. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.
We face the same issue. In BEx Query Designer and BEx Analyzer workbook all keyfigures are set to 0 or 0.00.
To set a default value for decimals in MS Excel is not a proper solution.
We just upgraded to the newest precalculation service, have GUI 7.10 Patch 11 and BEx Analyzer Version 7.x Support package 10. Beofre upgrading, display of key figures was right (but broadcasting was not reliable). Now broadcasting is more reliable but the format is not what users expect.
Any suggestions?

Dear Michael,
Basically those differences appear if the regional settings are different on the PCs. Please check whether the regional settings are the same for the local PC and the server where the precalculation server is installed, since those settings are taken for the broadcasting.
Best regards,
Janine
