System Function Bar not displayed

Hello All,

One of my end user is having problem, where in the System Function Bar is not displayed on his GUI. GUI was reinstalled twice but still the problem is same.

Please help how to make the System Function Bar get displayed.

Hi Ravi

You may be using a faulty version of SAP GUI . Try downloading a new version.

Is Java configured on your system?

Here the problem is only with one user,

Once he logs in Via SAP GUI, the System function Bar is grayed out.

The system on which the user is working is Windows.

Please refer to the details provided by user below,

using SAP GUI version 710

Java 6, Update 13

He is apparently not seeing any graphics in any of the environments he tries to access in SAP.

I think this is the problem with the PC he is using and not SAPGUI

might be related to RAM or something...may be a reboot will help or just uninstall SAPGUI and again install

If iam not wrong you mean to say SAPLOGON pad and the information is not displayed ?

Can you be more specific with OS you have
