Hello,

I have an Shipping Notification of january month, to an item of Purchase Order with billing date january month, but this register does not appear in the line items in the budget reports in that month. What could be happening

you can check the same in the commitment report line item.

Hi,

CJI3 is the poject Actual costs line item report, You should be looking at the CJI5 which is the project Commitment line item report, this report will bring up all the commitments that have been raised against any project or order.
