Credit controll Area field in Customer master data

Hi,

Experts

I have created Credit controll area & this credit controll area assigned to company code and sales area .

While i am creating customer master data , credit controll area field isnot coming in BILLING tab (SALES AREA VIEW).

Why it isnot coming in customer master data , after all assignment ? If any lacking during assignment or customisation pls guide me.

Hi Sonali

Go to OBD2 and check in sales area data tab wheather Credit control area is suppressed or that feild is not there. If it is not there then go to OB20 and select the customer creation centrally/change and then select the sales area data tab and then make it optional and then save it and then check in XD01/XD02. It should come in the CMR

NOTE : Kindly search in the forum before posting as there are many threads similar to your problem
