CRM or SAP R/3 transactions via the transaction launcher:

The transaction launcher navigation link is called ABoxExecution (as it is related to the WinClient

ActionBox technology).

The transaction launcher supports two general types of transactions:

- Launching pages of People Centric CRM

- Launching BOR Objects as HTML GUI transactions from any SAP System (CRM, R/3, …) via an

Internet transaction server (ITS)

Can you guide me how to launch Installed base transactions from Transaction launcher. Here my System is CRM 5.0. Can you provide me some steps.. Procedure in CRM 4.0 & 5.0 is same or any difference??.
