How the business workplace (SBWP) of records management is different from work basket of public sector records manegement?

Hi KK,

Workbasket in PSRM will have some things from Workflow inbox like incoming mails, new cases etc but it has certain more things added like cases in process etc. It is supposed to provide a cockpit for a case worker to access all entities he may be required to work with.

Hence, these two entities are not the same.

But I think that you are mixing the SBWP and records management. The electronic desk in record management is the transaction ORGANIZER, and in public sector records management is SCASEPS.
