Hope it's ok to add information to an old question but if I found this so others might.

Table EKAB (Release Documentation) is also very useful.

Helo Tharani,

U will find in the same table as normal PO i.e

EKKO - Header

EKPO - details

Access EKKO with BSTYP (Purchasing document category) as 'K' indicating contract and BSART (Purchasing Document Type) as WK or MK.

WK -Value contract

MK - Quantity contract.

Hello All,

  • If you want to execute TABLE for contract number, then need to be execute the table EKPO and select KONNR (Agreement) Field.
  • In case you want to review the Contract # with reference of. Purchase order, then execute table EKPO and select EBELN (Purchasing document) & KONNR (Agreement) fields.
  • Now if you have Agreement number and want to check the Document type of agreement, execute table EKKO - enter the all contract numbers in EBELN (Purchasing document) field and select BSART (Purchasing document type) as well EBELN and execute it.

Thank you,

Tharani,

It will be in EKKO (HEader) and EKPO (DETAILS) table. You need to know the doucment type - MK and WK for Quantity and Value Contracts.

The document type is the BSTYP field of the EKKO table.

Ravi
