WDA Personalization

Hi

I am trying to personalize the standard WDA - HRASR00_PROCESS_EXECUTE.

I wish to make a few fields invisible and change the text on a couple of buttons.

I have - so I think - achieved this via the configurator but when I set the sap-wd-configId parameter in the calling iview with the correct config id, my configuration is ignored.

Any idea what I am missing?

Cheers

Ian

Hi Prashant

Thanks for the link but been through this and other documentation. Have you successfully implemented any component configurations?

You can add the configuration ID as a parameter to the iView or consider creating a new Application for this component in the customer name range. You can embed the configuration id into the startup parameters of the applciation definition.

Hi Thomas

Ideally I don't wish to create a new application but when I pass the parameter via the iview it appears to be ignored. I have used the Application Parameters and the specific Configuration Name parameter on the iview. Neither seems to have any effect. I have currently resorted to changing the required values via the portal admin ctrl right click method.

Cheers
