adding code in formula 9XX

Hi all,

I have to define a routine in MC1D, but after creating a routine 9xx with access key, I can't modify and activate the code in FMCV29xx.

What's wrong is there ?

Thanks.

It's normal that you have ask for an Object key. It's still an old way of implementing enhancement.

You can register this object in OSS, modify it with the Modification Assistant, so during next upgrade it will be adjusted automatically, you only have to confirm it.

Hello Macy,

Did u activate from the menu? in MC1D trx in menu EDIT->Activate

Yes, I've activated it.

But the generated code FORM Fxxx, ENDFORM are not editable and are in grey color.

I can only add my code by clicking the "Insert" button in between.

Can I remove the grey codes and rewrite myself(with same routine name)?

Hi Macy!

Open your formula in edit mode. Then goto into menu Edit-Modification Operations-Switch off Assistant. Then you can code normally. You don't need the assistant here - SAP will never touch 9xx routines.

If you don't like to switch this off, you still can use the 'insert' from the modification functions.
