Hi Gurus,

I had done a sales cycle for MTO (Make To Order) material now when iam doing the return sales cycle for that product iam unable to create a return delivery and it is throwing an error

("Create delivery" not allowed (Sys. status Cost, object VB0060000069000010))

Please give some inputs regarding this and clarify whethet we can do the return cycle procedure for MTO Product.

Hello,

you can do the return delivery for the MTO orders. for your case , there seems to be some issue with the costing part

maybe the delivery was done in last year and the cost estimate was not updated for the current year (2009) and hence the error

run a cost estimate using ck40n for the material and then try doing the return delivery and pgr
