sales order closing issue

Hi,

We have a third party sales order which was created one year back.

Now we have to close this sales order but system does not allow to do so since a purcahse order was created with GR and IR done.

Sale order is not needed to process further and we want to dlete the SO.

How it should be handled.

Hello,

was it a out to out third party sales , in this case there would be sales order based billing

you could invocie this off with zero value and close this sales order

I think it is not possible because for that sales order PR exists and also PO

If u want to delete a sales order there should not be any subsequent documents

JUst try by removing the PR number from sales order schedule lines data

i am not sure but check whether u can delete it or not after removing PR number from SO

We cant Delete Pr once PO is created against PR.
