Customer return - 655 movement type - stock posting reversal after UD

Dear All,

I have done customer return using movement type 655. Quality lot has been generated & I have processed the lot mean given the UD for the same lot and qty has been posted to Unrestricted stock. I have done wrong receipt ( Customer return).now I want to reverse process.

Please guide me what to do in this case?

Dear Kundan

Seems not easy. I have not come across this issue. Another option will be SAP not 178524 for UD reversal. This will work.

May be you should post this issue in SD forum for simpler work outs if any.

Can You tell me how do You resolve tih problem, reversing the movment type 655 ? What are the exact steps ?!

1) Bring back the material back to quality by movement type 322

2) reverse the delivery using VL09

This will do

I tried this but not able to do VL09 because getting the error" Inspecion lot qty is posted"

Is it possible to get this with std SAP?

Hi

1) Please activate the inspection type 08 in the QM View of material master,

2) Use MB1B trx with mvt type 322

3) Enter matrial & St location

4) Material document will be genrated and because inspection type 08 inspection lot is created. and stock is updated in QI stock

5) clear the Inspection lot by taking UD , so Stock is transfer from QI stock to unrestricted.

I think your problem will be solved .

1.If You have done usage decision for the lot.

material is no more in QI stock.You can bring back that material to QI by 08 Type of inspection only.

2.But if you want to reverse Mvt type 655 then,

T-code

656 VL01 Create Delivery

656 VL01N Create Outbound Dlv. with Order Ref.

656 VL01NO Create Outbound Dlv. w/o Order Ref.

656 VL02 Change Outbound Delivery

656 VL02N Change Outbound Delivery

656 VL03N Display Outbound Delivery

656 VL08 Confirmation of Picking Request

656 VL09 Cancel Goods Issue for Delivery Note

Go to Tcode OMJJ

Enter Mvt type 656

Check the setting for this Mvt type.
