Hi,
SE01 is used for creating Transport Request with extended view for all type of transport request

SE10 is for Customosing organiser.Customising organiser is the set of tools for customising change management. All customizing changes are tracked via customising organiser.

Hi,
SCC1 transaction is for Client copy. That means if you have done some configurations in development server 100 client and want to copy the same development 200 client we will use this tcode.
SE01,SE09 and SE10 all the transactions are related to Transport organizer. For any new changes or configurations we will do it in development server,at that time system will generate transport request number which is 10 digit alpha numeric numeric number. Through this transactions we will release our transport requrest numbers from that system. Then it will be transported to subsequent systems like quality, production etc.
Regards,
Hari Challa.
