Hi

Can you be more specific

"What is the SAP version installed in your system and present stack level " ?

dear uday

we are using xi3.0 ,our development server cresh due to some hardwere problem ,

Plesae note that our exsisting XID3.0 system had got pacthes upto SPS15

installed for all the groups.

Since there was some data courruption we were not able to retrive the

same, hence done a fresh installation. Now in order to meet the

previous requirement we have to update patches upto SAPS15. If we

update with patches SAPS18 (as available in SAP market place) we don't

know the impact and have to do regrious testing cycle before golilve,

which we cannot afford in such a short period.

SPS stack released back in 2005 which is very old so most probably SAP stopped supporting SPS15

also your system is dev i dont think you will have serious bussines impact applying SPS18

else please create message with SAP for getting SPS 15 DVD

Hi Venkat,

Yes, in a ABAP+Java system, Support packages of both stack are dependent. both should be in a same level. If you want to have the Java level 18 then you have to patch ABAP with 18 level and then apply the Java patches.

You should get it confirmed on a OSS message.

Regards,

Debasis.
