Job work-Export Process, pls suggest

Hi SD Gurus,

Please suggest wat is the best solution.

we r in implementation project.

Scenarios 1)

we r receiving Pur order & packaging material (customer specific packaging) from Customer (Canada) for all inclusive price, then

we r creating Sal Order with reference.

The final product requires 10 process and for 10th process is painting

For paint work, we r sending material with packaging material to Bangalore on job work basis

Once job work(painting) is complete , then Bangalore party again packed in customer specific packaging & he will inform and raise the bill for painting on ur company

We will pay for the painting work and we are mentioning in books ur as goods are received but physically goods at Bangalore party itself.

We are appointing the 1 forwarding agent(CHA-Agent) whose duty is to pick the goods from Bangalore party and export processing

We will prepare all documents-commer invoi,pacakaging list-excise invoice-are1-insurance and send to forwarding agent(CHA-Agent) then

The CHA Agent prepare fumigation doc,certificate of origin-bill of lading-shipping bill etc

In Canada the CHA Agent again pick the material from port and kept the in 1 warehouse.

This is the warehouse allotted by customer in his plant to ur company for keeping stock.

We r paying rent for using warehouse but it is includes in All Inclusive price in Purc Ordr.

Whenever the customer requires stock then he will pick from that warehouse and ur liability ends when he will pick the material.

The customer will send the mail stating of picking of stock then we will send claim bill on customer then customer will pay online.

please go through and suggest the best solution
